FEA ANALYSIS
A non-destructive stress test performed before a part is made using provided specifications.

POWDER COATING
Creates a protective and decorative coating in a variety of different colors.

ANODIZING
Adds wear and corrosion resistance and is available in both clear and colored finishes.

FULL COLOR UV PRINTING
A permanent and weather proof printing process which is available on all of our material options.

COUNTERSINKING
A drilling process to allow a part to fit recessed flathead screws.

REAMING
Machines holes to a precise diameter leaving a smooth inner surface.

(Other machining processes may be available upon request.)

GRAINING
Produces a directional pattern and removes any course imperfections on flat parts.

DEBURRING
Removes any sharp edges that may be present on finished parts.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery options are available for St. Lucie & Indian River Counties.

PICKUP
Finished jobs can be picked up for no charge at our location in Ft. Pierce.
